Had no water for the weekend so rang Coastal Caravans monday morning they had a water pump in stock and on arriving there the service was astronomical. Supplied and fitted while we were there. Would recommend them to anyone who has a problem. Sincere thanks guys

Good range of parts on shelf, good advice on an awning I possibly need to replace soon and friendly and helpful parts counter staff. Haven't had a look at their vans up till now as I don't want to start dreaming an upgrade just yet. But they have an extremly large range of various styles on display on-site. Well worth a drop in just for parts and expertise.

Took our caravan out to Coastal Caravans as had a leak and needed a quote for insurance. They were so helpful and brilliant to deal with. Matthew was so knowledgeable and understanding and made it so easy for us. Another local repairer was going to charge us $280.00 just for the quote so very pleased we took it to Coastal Caravans as they also did a water test and did not charge us.
